Celtic are entering the business end of the season in a situation that they’ve rarely found themselves in throughout modern history. They’re third in the Scottish Premiership, without a permanent manager, face a huge summer overhaul and anger towards the Parkhead board has reached critical levels. Despite posting eye-watering revenue for Scottish clubs, Celtic are behind Hearts and Rangers in the battle for the title, despite the Gers seeing themselves at one point looking like potential relegation candidates under Russell Martin. Brendan Rodgers’ exit in October was pretty much a result of years of mismanagement at Parkhead, while Wilfried Nancy’s disastrous appointment and subsequent dismissal summed up just why Celtic fans are as hacked off as they are. With just weeks left to go until the season ends and a summer of change sets in motion, stay tuned here for all the twists and turns in what is one of the most difficult-to-predict title races in memory.
